Do you offer free shipping?
LUXWE provides free standard shipping (5-10 business days) for all orders.
You can pay an additional fee at checkout for expedited shipping (3-7 business days).
How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS services.
Does my delivery require a signature?
Yes, all orders totaling over $1,500.00 (excluding shipping, duties, and taxes) require a signature upon delivery.
When will my order ship?
The estimated shipping and handling time will be displayed on the product details page once selections are made. Please note that the dates listed do not include the time required for shipping and delivery to the destination address.
For orders containing multiple items, if one item is customized and others are in stock, the order will ship when the customized item is ready.
All orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
In-stock items:
We process orders for in-stock items within 1-2 business days. These items will ship on the next or second business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Customized items:
Customized products are made to order.
Please allow 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for production and processing before shipping.
Will all items in my order ship together?
Yes, orders with multiple items will be consolidated and shipped together once all items are ready.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes.
FedEx shipments to APO/FPO locations will be handed over to USPS for delivery.
Due to payment authorization restrictions, shipping addresses cannot be changed after placing an order and authorizing payment.
Once we deliver items to the carrier under a shipping contract, the risk of loss and ownership transfer to you.
LUXWE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather, carrier delays, email or computer errors, or other factors beyond our control.

Can you ship anywhere?
Currently, we offer shipping within China and to the United States, Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
For other destinations, please visit an international parcel forwarding service for assistance.
